Do you want your business to sponsor our event?
Pick a sponsor level from the list below. Our expected attendance is over 500-including students, faculty/staff, parents and members of the community. We are accepting sponsors and donations for the event. We have several levels of sponsorship. Please review the options below to find a level that fits your interests! All sponsors will have their company logo on our event website and printed on the back of the t-shirt. Your company name will be announced throughout the event by our master of ceremonies. We look forward to our partnership! Your donation is tax deductible!
Cardinal & Gold Sponsor: $2000 Single Business (or 2 business $1000 each)
As a Cardinal & Gold Sponsor you are out TOP supporter. Your logo will be at the top level on the t-shirt. You are welcome to have a booth set up on the grassy area by the gym at our Health and Wellness Expo.
***This sponsorship includes 20race registrations for full sponsorship or 10 each for split sponsorship!
Award Sponsor: $1500 Single Business (or 2 business $750 each)
As an award sponsor you will help us get medals for our participants. The medals are a personalized gold 3” winged foot with a red neck ribbon. Your logo will be at the second level on the t-shirt. You are welcome to have a booth set up on the grassy area by the gym at our Health and Wellness Expo. ***This sponsorship includes 15 race registrations for full sponsorship or 7 each for split sponsorship!
Water Station Sponsor: $500 (2 water stations available)
As a water station Sponsor you will have your logo on a poster at the water station. It will say “Brought to you by: company name & Logo”. Your logo will be at the third level on the t-shirt. You are welcome to have a booth set up on the grassy area by the gym at our Health and Wellness Expo. ***This sponsorship includes 5 race registrations!
Expo Sponsor: $300 (Unlimited available)
As an expo sponsor you are welcome to have a booth set up on the grassy area by the gym at our Health and Wellness Expo. Your logo will be at the fourth level on the t-shirt. ***This sponsorship includes 3 race registrations!
Marketing Sponsor: $250 (Unlimited available)
As a marketing sponsor your logo will be included in all of our marketing materials. Your logo will be at the fourth level on the t-shirt. ***Includes 2 race registrations!
The expo will be at the Start/Finish line.
Indoor setup will be provided if necessary due to weather.
All event participants and their guests will have time before and after the race
to visit your booth and learn about your company.
